Don't believe that "cholesterol free" or "100% vegetable oil" on the label means the product is good for you. Many products with these claims are filled with saturated fat (i.e., coconut, palm and palm kernel oil.)
Don't take words like "light" and "lower fat" at face value. Such food may have less fat than similar products, but they can still contain large amounts of cholesterol and saturated fat.
