Help With Calendars


Calendars on our website have many useful features.

The Help link found at the top right corner of each calendar page contains much useful information on the basic features.


















"Stacking" calendars to view different buildings at the same time. 
At the top left of the calendar window in each building is a Choose calendars to view menu.

Clicking on this menu expands it so you can select calendars from multiple buildings to view at the same time.

If you regularly stack multiple calendars together you can bookmark the finished page for fast access in the future.

View Event List
At the bottom left of the calend ar window is a box labeled Options. The View event list option gives you a listing for everything from the week, month or year you were viewing.







Printer-friendly format
At the very bottom of every page on the website is a View "printer-friendly" page link. When used on a calendar it prints an additional information that is not displayed on the standard view. For example, in month view for the athletic calendars it displays an event's starting time as well as the event name.
