Support Staff Compensation Program

Educational Assistants: Regular and Special Education 

Specific Openings:  Regular Education, Special Education, Hall Supervisor, Health Assistant

We are accepting applications for the 2013/14 school year.    For the 2013-14 school year hourly salary starts at $10.35 for general education, $10.57 for health assistants, $10.67 for title assistants and $10.67 for Special Needs Level I, $10.95 for Special Needs Level II and $11.15 for Special Needs Level III, plus additional salary for college degrees - degree not required.

Elementary, Secondary, and SpEd positions available, 3-7 hours per day. Benefits include ten (10) days of sick leave after 90 days of employment if you are employed 20 hours or more and 4 paid holidays. Single health insurance will be provided under the Blue Preferred $600 deductible program with the District paying 50% of the premium rate for 12 months for employees working 25 or more hours per week. Building Service Positions

Elementary School Head Engineer/Custodian
Requires 3rd Grade Engineer License.
Custodial/Grounds work required.  40 hr/week
M-F, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Kitchen/Nutrition Service Positions
Westside's Nutrition Services department encompasses a variety of positions, shifts, wages and responsibilities.

For the 2013-2014 school year, hourly salaries start at $10.05 for the first 90 days of employment with an increase on day 91 depending on the individual's experience and hours of employment.
