	Application for Use of School Facilities

Before filling out this form, contact the Facility Use Manager to determine availability at your preferred location. Contact info: fox.jennifer@westside66.net or (402) 390-3331.

If your preferred location is not available, we will make every effort to accommodate you in another building or at another time.

Groups with 50% or more Westside students or residents may qualify to use the facilities for no charge.

If you do not meet the residency/student requirement, we will rent our facilities to you.

Any after-hours use of space will require additional custodial fees.
