Option Enrollment

To enroll at Westside Community Schools for the 2026-2027 school year, follow the steps below:

1. Complete New Student Enrollment forms by clicking the language you prefer: English, Spanish, or French.

2. Student's original Birth Certificate
3. Parent/Guardian photo ID
4. Student's current immunizations
5. Physical Exam form with Vision Test: Required for students entering Kindergarten, 7th Grade & students who are new to the State of Nebraska or outside the U.S. Exam must have been conducted within six months prior to starting school.

After the new student enrollment forms are completed online, you will receive an email from the Westside Enrollment Team to make an in-person appointment at the Westside Welcome Center, located at 909 S. 76th Street, to bring in the required documentation.
