Now enrolling NEW student(s) for 2025-2026

To enroll at Westside Community Schools for the 2025-2026 school year, follow the steps below:

1. Complete New Student Enrollment forms by clicking the language you prefer: English, Spanish, or French.
2. Student's original Birth Certificate
3. Parent/Guardian photo ID
4. Student's current immunizations
5. Physical Exam form with Vision Test: Required for students entering Kindergarten, 7th Grade & students who are new to the State of Nebraska or outside the U.S. Exam must have been conducted within six months prior to starting school.
6. Proof of Residency/Address

• • Single Family House (Own): Current MUD or OPPD bill AND proof of ownership (tax bill, mortgage statement, or homeowners insurance statement)
  • Single Family House (Rent/Lease): Current MUD or OPPD bill AND a copy of current, signed lease (all pages)
  • Single Family Apartment: Current MUD or OPPD bill AND a copy of current, signed lease (all pages)

After the new student enrollment forms are completed online, you will receive an email from the Westside Enrollment Team to make an in-person appointment at the Westside Welcome Center, located at 909 S 76th Street, to bring in the required documentation.
