2-Hour Late Starts
If weather conditions dictate, a 2-hour late start may be used to save educational time while allowing students and staff to arrive at school safely. Late start days begin at:
- Club 66: No Morning Club. There will be Afternoon Club
- Morning-Only Preschool & Morning-Only Peer Model Preschool: No school
- Full-Day Preschool & Full-Day Peer Model Preschool: 10:30 AM start time
- Afternoon-Only Preschool & Afternoon-Only & Peer Model Preschool: regular start time
- Elementary Schools: 10:30 AM start time
- Middle School: 10:00 AM start time
- WHS & WHS West Campus: 10:00 AM start time
Parents – please remember that Arbor Drive will need to be standard, one-way traffic at drop-off time even during a 2-hour late start
School lunch will be provided. The lunch schedule will be slightly adjusted, and lunch will be served. Our normal school breakfast will NOT be served, but “grab and go” breakfast options will be available to ensure that all children have the opportunity to eat something if they need to.
NO before-school meetings or practices (jazz band, quiz bowl, weight room, etc.) will take place before school on 2-hour late starts
All after-school activities, practices, meetings will be held as normally scheduled.
NO Club 66 in the morning today. There will be Club 66 after school today.
