Caucus 2026
Board of Education Candidates
At the District Caucus held on February 3, 2026, at Westside High School, two candidates who submitted letters of intent to run for the Board of Education were nominated for two positions on the Board. There were no write-in candidates or additional nominations from the floor during the Caucus. Pending official certification from the Douglas County Election Commission, Stephanie Adams and Sean Conway will have their names placed on the ballot for the statewide primary election on May 12, 2026, for a six-year term on the Westside Community Schools Board of Education.
STEPHANIE ADAMS

I believe in the power of local engagement to shape a brighter future. I am a proud product of public education - from kindergarten through the University of Delaware - and I carry that commitment to service into my work within the Westside community.
Currently, I serve as the Co-treasurer for the Loveland Community Club; I’m on both the Loveland Design Advisory Committee and the Westside Community Council; and previously served on the WESIDE Community Partnership Workgroup.
Professionally, I am a tenured leader at Salesforce, where I lead teams supporting the State, Local, and Education portfolio. My career is defined by navigating complex challenges with a focus on impact and results. At home, my greatest motivation is my two children: one at Westside Middle School and the other at Loveland Elementary. Westside teachers and staff have always shown up for my family, and I’m excited for the opportunity to advocate for and support the district. I am invested in our schools and our neighborhood, working to ensure every student thrives.
SEAN CONWAY

As a parent of school-aged kids, I am deeply invested in the future of District 66. If elected, I will work to ensure that Westside remains a leader in academic performance and community engagement.
I live in the Loveland neighborhood with my wife, Jill, and our three daughters - Anna (15), Maggie (13), and Audrey (10) - who are all students here in the Westside school district. I am a practicing attorney and a founding member of a local law firm.
In the school district, I currently serve as chairman of the Westside Community Bond Oversight Committee, where I help oversee public funds allocated for the district's construction and renovation projects. I also volunteer as a “show choir dad” for my daughters’ many school competitions. Professionally, I am a member of the Nebraska Bar Commission and the Nebraska State Bar Association Executive Council. My family also attends St. Margaret Mary’s Church.
