Congratulations to the following WMS Jazz Band students selected for the Omaha Performing Arts Jazz Academy Ensemble this year:

Christian Wang - Alto Sax

Sophia Gillispie - Tenor Sax

Max Wegner - Drumset

Gabriella Clark - Tenor Sax

Kenley Wang - Alto Sax

Finn Jacobson - Trumpet

Jack Watson - Trombone

Aaden Epperson - Trombone

Kotaro Yazawa - Trombone

Liam Tomcak - Piano

The Jazz Academy Ensemble will have two performances on Thursday, April 20th at 6:30 PM at the Holland Center prior to the performance of Chucho Valdez. The final performance will take place at The Jewell on Sunday, April 30th at 6:30 PM and will be opening for Shawn Bell and his trio.
