June 8, 2022 | No Place for Hate at Westside Community Schools

All 13 Westside Community Schools have been designated “No Place for Hate” participating schools for the upcoming school year.

For more than 20-years, No Place for Hate, a student-led K-12 school climate improvement program, has helped build learning communities of inclusivity, respect and equity.

Dr. Mark Weichel, Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning for Westside Community Schools, says, “For the first time, all our WCS schools have been honored as a No Place for Hate location. The designation is confirmation that District 66 is on the right path by promoting our fundamental values as a school district.”
