The awards continue to come in for Westside's elite teaching and coaching staff. Just in February, three Westside employees were honored with local, statewide and regional awards.
Congratulations to Abbey Sualy, Westside Early Childhood School Psychologist, who has been chosen as one of just 26 early childhood professionals from across the state for the inaugural Nebraska Early Childhood Workforce Leadership Cadre.
Congratulations to Westside High School Teacher and Coach Craig Secora, named the Nebraska Strength Coach of the Year by the National High School Strength Coaches Association. Coach Secora is one of only 10 coaches selected from across the country, and the only one from Nebraska.
Congratulations to Varsity Assistant Swim Coach Andy Rider, named Metro Conference Boys Swimming and Diving Coach of the Year for 2022. Coach Rider will lead our Warriors to District and State Swimming Championships later this month.
