Greetings, Westside Middle School Families!

    This year the Community Club has several open positions that are essential to achieving our mission this year and that will help us continue to have a thriving Community Club for future years to come. We need the following positions filled:

    • President Elect - This person would shadow and collaborate with the current Community Club President during the 2021/2022 school year, and then assume the role of Community Club President for the 2022/2023 school year
    • Conference Meals Chair- Lead the committee helping provide dinner and snacks to teachers and staff during fall and spring parent teacher conferences.
    • Sports/Award Banquets - Lead the committee to organize cookies and water for sports and athletic recognition banquets throughout the year.
    • Staff Appreciation Week - Lead the committee to provide and arrange various treats, meals, thank you gifts, etc. for staff during staff appreciation week.

    Parent involvement is what keeps our Community Club strong! Please consider assisting with your time and talents! If you would like to volunteer please inquire by emailing me at timcarter0529@gmail.com

    Meeting Dates

    Community Club Meetings will have be held on Tuesday nights at 6:30 PM and will be held in person in the WMS Library on the following dates:

      *Sep. 14th
      *Nov. 9th
      *Feb. 8th
      *April 5th
    NOTE: There may be a virtual option for meetings. Please stay tuned!

    The WMS Community Club is selling Westside gear to help support students & staff throughout the school year. A new website is up & running with some exciting new merchandise! Orders will be available through September 19 and orders will be delivered around October 20.
