Hello Pandas, it is wonderful to "meet you"!

I am Kendal Runde and I am honored to serve as the assistant principal at Paddock Road Elementary School. At Paddock Road, we are committed to ensuring a program of academic and social excellence that meets the unique needs of all learners. Our team at Paddock Road is committed to carrying out this mission daily and we are eager to serve the students and families of our school community.

I bring with me to Paddock Road experience from two neighboring school districts where I had the opportunity to serve in various roles. I have served as an Administrative Intern, CADRE Associate, High Ability Learning Facilitator, Teacher Mentor, and elementary classroom teacher. After spending 14 years these varied capacities, I am excited to partner with Mr. Becker in leading Paddock Road into our best school year, yet! 

As the assistant principal at Paddock Road, my first goal is to help foster a safe and positive environment for all students, families, and staff with a strong foundation based in relationships. It is through strong relationships we will ensure a sense of student belonging, growth, and achievement.
