  • Any person who is accessing the internet using school equipment and services understands and agrees to the following. Use of the internet is monitored, both by adult supervisors, and by random technical devices. Not accepting these responsibilities, or any infraction which shows non-compliance, would lead to restrictions or severance of access to services, as well as other possible disciplinary actions. Users shall have obtained necessary instruction in the use of the internet before attempting to use it. Accessing sites that are violently or sexually explicit and/or blatantly offensive in content is strictly prohibited. Use the internet only to obtain information related to an academic project or school assignment. (This may include student exploration activities based on learning objectives or exploration activities by staff or by other adults after school hours.) Activities generating excessive network traffic that interferes with other users’ academic work are prohibited. Altering or attempting to alter any component of the system or its applications is prohibited. If there is a problem, seek assistance.
